A postage stamp, is being issued today by UNPA illustrating the portrait of Mahatma Gandhi, made by Ferdie Pacheco.I have already written about this stamp in one of my earlier posts, a few days back. Greetings to all on International Day of Non - Violence.A 25 Rs. new GANDHI Definitive stamp will be issued also today by India Post.
